Terms of Service

Spotify Lyrics Playlist (the "Service") is a browser extension and website that captures lyrics from the Spotify Web Player and lets you generate shareable links containing those lyrics.

By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Lyrics are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. The Service captures lyrics Spotify displays and lets you organize and share them for personal, non-commercial use such as study, covers, karaoke, and sharing with friends.

You are responsible for how you use and share generated links. Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights or for commercial exploitation of lyrics you don't have rights to.

Free tier: you may generate up to 5 playlist links. Links are valid for 7 days.

Pro is a one-time, non-subscription license priced at $19 USD. Pro unlocks unlimited playlist generations, links valid ~2 years, and lyric translation. Pro is granted per purchaser and is non-transferable.

You agree not to abuse the Service, including: automated scraping at scale, attempts to bypass the free limit or Pro checks, reselling access, or generating links that violate third-party rights or applicable law.

We may revoke access or remove generated links that violate these Terms.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Pro does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Contact support@ideaguard.dev with your details.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy according to its policies.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and links may become unavailable if underlying services (such as Spotify) change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of captured or shared lyric data.

Spotify Lyrics Playlist is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify. "Spotify" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner. The Service simply reads lyrics that Spotify displays in its Web Player.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
